Dedicated Customer Care
Hatteras Customer Care provides each Hatteras owner with a Dedicated Customer Care Contact. This is a direct-dial, human contact, available 24/7, who is solely dedicated to your satisfaction. Your Dedicated Customer Care Contact ensures that wherever you might be in the world, you will be put in immediate contact with the right peerson to resolve your issue as quickly as possible.

New Captain Training
To ensure things go smoothly and you're confidently underway, a Hatteras-certified technician will be made available to travel with you on your maiden voyage to your first major U.S. port. After the initial orientation, Hatteras Customer Care also extends complimentary field training to orient a new captain on your vessel, if required.

Complimentary Vessel Reviews
Within the first year of ownership, Hatteras Customer Care provides two complementary vessel reviews. Approximately 90 days after delivery, a Hatteras representative will come to you and conduct a detailed evaluation of your vessel. In addition, a re-orientation and consultation will be provided based on the needs of the owner or captain. On the vessel's one-year anniversary, we will arrange for a second field visit and conduct a complimentary systems and maintenance review.

$1,000 Goodwill Credit
Being there 24/7 is one thing. Thinking of ways to ensure your Hatteras experience is truly world-class is another. 2-Year Limited Express Warranty
To demonstrate our confidence in our engineering systems, product durability and manufacturing quality, Hatteras will now extend its Limited Express Warranty to two (2) years as our standard offering. This is in addition to the Hatteras Limited 10-Year Structural Hull Warranty.
