For some, winter is simply a season to be endured. Everything slows down and hibernation reflexes kick in. Many in colder climates huddle indoors where it's warm, or must bundle up for protection against the elements when venturing out.
For those in love with the water, winter is not time for hibernating. It's time for migrating! Some head south for warmer waters in their motor yachts and convertibles, although many remain too busy to "hide" from winter in the tropics.
But everyone enjoys a break from the cold!
Each February, thousands of anglers and boating enthusiasts do just that during the Miami Yacht & Brokerage Show. This year marks the 25th Anniversary of the show that annually turns Collins Avenue into a billion dollar yacht showroom. Hatteras Yachts will again be on the north end of Collins at 49th Street next to the Sportfish Pavilion. The entire GT Series lineup will be open for review along with select motor yacht models. The display itself will feature a fresh new layout and remains the most comfortable and hospitable spot on Indian Creek during the show.
Join us as we "take a break from winter" and celebrate 53 years of hard work and boat-building excellence. Tour the models on display, relax with a coffee or cool drink, and catch up with friends as you make plans for chasing the bite or cruising the islands this spring.
